It's already that time of year when we stop and reflect~ Often we ask ourselves, "Have I grown any this year?", "What could I have done differently?", "What has made me happy?".
As we were on the quest to find the right words and activity for reflection, one of our instructors shared a video with us that really touched us! The video really makes you take a step back and think about 2019, and your life... Take a moment and watch it!
