
Beef Fajitas
Ingredients:
- 1½ lb top sirloin for stir-fry
- 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 (14-oz) package of frozen stir-fry peppers and onions
- 1 lime, for juice
- 8 flour tortillas
Instructions:
- Combine in a medium bowl: sirloin and seasoning until well blended. Preheat oil in a large sauté pan on medium-high for 2-3 minutes.
- Add meat to pan; cook and stir 2-3 minutes until beef has browned. Stir in peppers and onions; cook 2-3 minutes until the pepper mixture is hot. Squeeze lime over top; serve with warm tortillas.
