Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken
- 1 12 oz bag of frozen peas, carrots, and corn
- 2 cups rice (can substitute cauliflower rice for a healthier option!)
- 1 12 oz bag of frozen broccoli cuts
- 1 small onion
- 1 12 oz can pineapples
- 1 cup cashews
- 2 large eggs
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Chicken seasoning
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp oil
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, heat oil on medium heat.
- Put rice in a rice cooker or cook on the stove in a pot.
- Cut chicken into cubes and place them in the skillet. Add salt, pepper, chicken seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder to your liking.
- Once the rice is done, remove the chicken from the skillet.
- Add butter, rice, eggs, and the onion powder, garlic powder, and chicken seasoning. Stir everything together until the eggs are done.
- Add all vegetables, the onion, chicken, pineapples, and cashews. Cook on low for 15 minutes.
- Add your favorite sauce and enjoy!
Feel free to adjust the seasoning and ingredients to suit your taste preferences. Enjoy your delicious Chicken Fried Rice!
