Old El Paso™ Easy Mexican Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:

1 can (13.8 oz.) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust

1 cup from 1 can (16 oz.) Old El Paso™ Traditional Refried Beans

1⁄2 cup from 1 can (10 oz.) Old El Paso™ Mild Red Enchilada Sauce

1 1⁄2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese (6 oz.)

Shredded Lettuce, as desired
-
Tomatoes, as desired
-
Jalapenos, as desired
-
Peppers, as desired
-
Onion, as desired
-
3 medium green onions, chopped (3 Tbsp.)

1 cup sour cream
-
1 cup Old El Paso™ Thick 'n Chunky Salsa
Instructions:

Heat oven to 425°F. Grease or spray a 15x10x1” pan.

Unroll pizza dough on pan. Using an offset spatula, spread beans over crust, leaving a 1” border around the edges. Spread enchilada sauce and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake about 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted. Sprinkle with green onions. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
